Muay Thai Fit
Originally the national sport of Thailand, Muay Thai is a martial art that has caught the attention of fitness buffs keen to keep fit through Muay Thai Boxing. It has its grounding on flexibility, stamina and power. The workout also works on developing strength as regular punching and kicking ensures the development and maintenance of lean muscle mass.
A workout that targets at strengthening one’s core (abdominal) and back. Both standing and mat classes are offered.
